Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Description

An easy and comforting meal made with tender chicken and rich gravy, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet of brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and water.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the gravy.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

Add garlic or onion powder for extra flavor. Use cornstarch with water for a thicker gravy if desired.
