An easy and comforting meal made with tender chicken and rich gravy, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet of brown gravy mix
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and water.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the gravy.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
Add garlic or onion powder for extra flavor. Use cornstarch with water for a thicker gravy if desired.
