A hearty and delicious chicken fried rice made easily in a crockpot, combining tender chicken, vegetables, and flavorful rice.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the Crockpot, combine the diced chicken, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Stir to mix the ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Before serving, stir in sliced green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Chicken Fried Rice!
Notes
For the best texture, use day-old rice. You can also customize the dish with different vegetables.
