Description

A hearty and delicious chicken fried rice made easily in a crockpot, combining tender chicken, vegetables, and flavorful rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In the Crockpot, combine the diced chicken, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  2. Stir to mix the ingredients well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Before serving, stir in sliced green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
