Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces pasta of choice (like penne or fettuccine)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the crockpot and add the cooked pasta. Stir to combine and let it heat through.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
