Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
- Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Stir the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese into the crockpot until combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
