  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
