Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with your choice of side.
