Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Description

A comforting slow cooker dish combining layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. On top of the ravioli, add half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each type of cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers again, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen ravioli to avoid mushiness. Brown the meat well for best flavor. Experiment with different cheeses.
