Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Optionally, add taco seasoning for extra flavor.
- Cover and cook on high for 240 minutes or low for 360-480 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the juices.
- Serve in tacos, salads, wraps, or meal bowls as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in spices overnight. Add vegetables for a one-pot meal. Cooking on low heat makes the chicken more tender.
