This crockpot steak bites recipe gives tender, flavor-packed meat with minimal effort. Slow cooking makes the steak soft, juicy, and perfect for easy meals or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- Mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Add steak to the crockpot and pour marinade over it.
- Top with butter pieces.
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Cut steak into even cubes for even cooking. Sear cubes first for extra flavor. If sauce is thin, reduce it in a pan. Add mushrooms or onions for variation.
