Description

This crockpot steak bites recipe gives tender, flavor-packed meat with minimal effort. Slow cooking makes the steak soft, juicy, and perfect for easy meals or appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Add steak to the crockpot and pour marinade over it.
  4. Top with butter pieces.
  5. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Cut steak into even cubes for even cooking. Sear cubes first for extra flavor. If sauce is thin, reduce it in a pan. Add mushrooms or onions for variation.
