Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
- Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
