Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
- In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, onion, and dill.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
