Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13” casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and seasonings.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and stir to combine well.
  4. Spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, prepare stuffing using only half the recommended broth for a drier texture.
  6. Spoon the stuffing evenly over the chicken layer without packing it down.
