- Pinch of saffron threads (steeped in warm cream)
- 1 tsp camel milk powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp rosewater
- Crushed pistachios
- Shredded coconut
- Edible gold flakes or dried rose petals
- White chocolate for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and pat dry thoroughly, keeping stems intact.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts.
- Stir in saffron, rosewater, and camel milk powder into the melted chocolate.
- Dip each strawberry into the infused chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- While still wet, decorate with crushed pistachios, shredded coconut, or edible gold/rose petals.
- Place coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle with white chocolate and dust lightly with cardamom if desired.
- Chill in refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled or let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use only dry strawberries—any moisture will prevent the chocolate from adhering properly. Customize toppings to match the occasion or color scheme.
