Description
Luxurious strawberries dipped in premium chocolate, adorned with gold leaf, rose petals, and Middle Eastern flair—Dubai style.
Ingredients
- 12 large fresh strawberries
- 200g premium couverture chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for melting)
- Edible gold leaf or shimmer dust
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 1 tbsp edible dried rose petals
- 1 drop vanilla or rose essence
- Piping bag and tweezers for decoration
Instructions
- Wash and fully dry strawberries. Keep the green tops intact.
- Melt and temper the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, adding coconut oil if needed for smoothness.
- Add a drop of vanilla or rose essence to the melted chocolate for added aroma.
- Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, coating them evenly.
- While chocolate is still wet, decorate with gold leaf, pistachios, or rose petals as desired.
- Use contrasting melted chocolate to drizzle or pipe monograms or designs on each berry.
- Place dipped and decorated strawberries on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
- Arrange the finished strawberries in a decorative box or tray. Serve within 24 hours.
Notes
Use only completely dry strawberries to avoid chocolate seizing. Choose couverture chocolate for a glossy, professional finish.
