Ingredients
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped fruit (such as pineapples, oranges, and cherries)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the Cool Whip and mini marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the chopped fruit and shredded coconut until well mixed.
- Add the chopped nuts (if using) and mix again.
- Transfer the ambrosia salad to a serving dish.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
