Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small egg shapes.
- Freeze the rolled balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and place on a wax paper-lined tray.
- Immediately decorate with sprinkles or colored chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
