Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top.
  2. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Once done, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
