Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the top.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
