Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place it on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the cream cheese and seasoning.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with your choice of bread or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
