Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place it on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the cream cheese and seasoning.
