A comforting and easy dish that combines shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, and biscuits in a cozy potpie that simmers together in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits


Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until heated through.
  3. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, place the refrigerated biscuits on top of the mixture.
  4. Cover and continue cooking until the biscuits are fluffy and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
