Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic.
- Pour the concentrated sauce over the ingredients.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding spices such as black pepper or paprika. You can use any color of bell peppers that you prefer. For heat, add diced jalapeños.
