Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked butter chicken
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the water and olive oil. Knead the mixture until the dough is smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flatbread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve the flatbreads warm, topped with butter chicken. Garnish with fresh coriander.
