Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Cheese (such as provolone or Swiss)
- Beef broth
- Horseradish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, caramelize the onions over medium heat until golden and sweet, about 15-20 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Add cheese on top of the beef and onions.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Heat beef broth in a small saucepan, and season with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the sliders warm with the broth on the side for dipping.
Notes
Use quality roast beef for the best flavor. Don’t rush the caramelization of onions; it adds a deep, sweet flavor.
