Description

Delicious mini sliders filled with roast beef, caramelized onions, and gooey cheese, served with savory beef broth for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Cheese (such as provolone or Swiss)
  • Beef broth
  • Horseradish (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, caramelize the onions over medium heat until golden and sweet, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Add cheese on top of the beef and onions.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Heat beef broth in a small saucepan, and season with horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  9. Serve the sliders warm with the broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use quality roast beef for the best flavor. Don’t rush the caramelization of onions; it adds a deep, sweet flavor.
