Delicious and healthy Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups filled with yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups granola
- 2 cups yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- Muffin liners
Instructions
- Start by lining a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a bowl, mix the granola with a little honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
- Press the granola mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin liner to form a cup.
- Spoon yogurt into each granola cup, filling them up.
- Top the yogurt with mixed berries.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 120-180 minutes or until the cups are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners.
- Enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups straight away or store them for later!
Notes
Use any flavor of yogurt you like, such as vanilla or Greek yogurt for a protein boost. Pack the granola tightly to hold its shape.
