Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Muffin liners


Instructions

  1. Start by lining a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the granola with a little honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
  3. Press the granola mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin liner to form a cup.
  4. Spoon yogurt into each granola cup, filling them up.
  5. Top the yogurt with mixed berries.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 120-180 minutes or until the cups are completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners.
