Delicious rollups combining cheeseburger flavors with crescent roll dough, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in garlic butter until melted.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
These rollups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
