Description

Delicious rollups combining cheeseburger flavors with crescent roll dough, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in garlic butter until melted.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese on each rectangle.
  6. Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

These rollups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
