Description

A fun twist on classic cheeseburgers, these Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are wrapped in crispy crescent rolls, making them perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pickles and onions for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in garlic butter until melted and combined with the beef.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll them up starting from the wide end to the point.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm, optionally topped with pickles and onions.

Notes

Make sure to drain any excess fat from the beef for better texture. These rollups can also be made with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
