Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into rectangles.
- Spread a thin layer of garlic butter on each piece of dough.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a sprinkle of cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough, sealing the edges.
- Place the rollups on a baking sheet and brush with more garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
