Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 1 (2 to 3-pound) boneless turkey breast (skin on)
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Pour the chicken broth or white wine into the bottom of your roasting pan.
  2. Pat the boneless turkey breast with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt until combined.
  4. Rub the garlic butter mixture over the turkey breast and place it in the roasting pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Remove the turkey from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
