Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth or white wine
- 1 (2 to 3-pound) boneless turkey breast (skin on)

- 3 large cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Pour the chicken broth or white wine into the bottom of your roasting pan.
- Pat the boneless turkey breast with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt until combined.
- Rub the garlic butter mixture over the turkey breast and place it in the roasting pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove the turkey from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Slice the turkey breast and serve with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor; allow the turkey to rest after baking for maximum juiciness.
