Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and arrange potato wedges around it. Pour any remaining garlic butter over the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
