Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and season with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and arrange potato wedges around it. Pour any remaining garlic butter over the potatoes.
