Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package directions.
- In a skillet, sauté the ground beef with minced garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal edges.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake according to biscuit dough instructions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Make sure not to overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting. Experiment with different cheese varieties for added flavor.
