Description

Delicious bites filled with ground beef and cheese, wrapped in biscuit dough, perfect for parties or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of your choice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package directions.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the ground beef with minced garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal edges.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake according to biscuit dough instructions or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
