Description

Deliciously cheesy bites that combine classic cheeseburger flavors in a fun, easy-to-eat format, perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; drain fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold the edges to seal.
  7. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.

Notes
