Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dipping sauces (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned; drain fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold the edges to seal.
- Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
