Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Add the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of everything.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for best results. You can add other vegetables like carrots or green beans for extra nutrition.
