Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for best results. You can add other vegetables like carrots or green beans for extra nutrition.
