Description

Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto each fillet to coat.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
