Delicious cookies that combine the fudgy texture of brownies with the convenience of cookies, loaded with chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your gourmet brownie cookies!
