Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup Rice or quinoa (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil and Greek seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. While the chicken cooks, chop the cucumber, tomato, red onion, and bell pepper.
