  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Instant Pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the orzo (or zucchini noodles) and chicken.
  4. Cook until the orzo is tender, about 8-10 minutes (2 minutes in Instant Pot on high pressure).
