  • Author: Clara
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Description

A spooky, creamy, and spicy Halloween Buffalo Chicken Dip that steals the show with its bubbling cheese, tangy buffalo sauce, and festive jack-o’-lantern presentation.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftover works perfectly)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives, chopped green onions, tortilla chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into a small casserole dish or spoon into a hollowed mini pumpkin for a festive look.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Decorate with olives for eyes, green onions for a spooky grin, or chips shaped like bat wings or a jack-o’-lantern face.
  7. Serve warm with celery sticks, crackers, or pita chips.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the dip mixture up to 2 days before baking. For a less spicy version, use mild buffalo sauce or add extra ranch dressing. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat until warm and melty.
