Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole wheat wraps or tortillas
  • Sliced cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Lettuce or spinach (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
