Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
