Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat and cubed potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker and stir gently.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
