Crispy, golden chicken tenders made with simple ingredients, baked to perfection in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Notes
Pat chicken dry for better coating adherence. Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Flip halfway through baking for even color.
