Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (such as oregano and basil)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select the ‘Basic’ or ‘French’ bread setting.
- Start the machine and let it knead, rise, and bake the bread.
- Once baked, remove from the pan and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with your favorite meal.
Notes
Store the bread at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze it for up to 3 months. For crustier bread, bake it in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
