Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 420-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve over zucchini noodles, cauliflower rice, or alongside a fresh green salad. For extra flavor, add other vegetables and brown the beef beforehand.
