Description

A delicious, low-carb meal combining tender beef, savory mushrooms, and a creamy sauce, all cooked in a slow cooker for easy preparation.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
  2. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 420-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  5. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
