Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and cut into cubes.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
