Description

A delicious twist on a classic side dish combining baked potatoes, crispy bacon, and creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and cut into cubes.
