Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with fresh basil on top.
Notes
Use sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for richer flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste. You can make it creamier by adding more heavy cream or cheese when serving.
