Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with pasta or rice, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For extra creaminess, you can add more heavy cream. Pair with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
