Description

A comforting, creamy dish combining tender chicken with rich flavors, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 sleeves Crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased casserole dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes after baking.
  8. Serve warm, garnished if desired.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Add veggies for extra nutrition and feel free to substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
