Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 sleeves Crushed Ritz Crackers
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes after baking.
- Serve warm, garnished if desired.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Add veggies for extra nutrition and feel free to substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
