Ingredients
- ½ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them until smooth and round.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
Use quick oats for best texture. Warm peanut butter for a creamier mix. Add more oats if the mixture is sticky. Customize with nuts or seeds.
