A quick and delicious creamy pasta dish cooked in one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in milk and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked and has absorbed some of the milk, add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a salad or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
