One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Description

A quick and delicious creamy pasta dish cooked in one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked and has absorbed some of the milk, add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with a salad or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
