Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pot.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the pasta and milk, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
