Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta, milk, and enough water to cover the pasta.
