Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the pasta, milk, and enough water to cover the pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook until pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
