Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast
  • 4 tablespoons herb butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and sage) for seasoning
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the herb butter with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
  4. Rub the herb butter mixture all over the turkey breast, including under the skin.
  5. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to become crispy.
